AG-Flake:
is a specially formulated blend of organic acids, surfactants,
buffering agents, and flavoring compounds specifically
designed for use in steam flaking operations. Formulated
to provide increased steam efficiency and starch gelatinization
in steam flaked grain. Lab results show a 76% increase
in gelatinized starch per lbs./ton grain and a 77% increase
in the total percentage of gelatinized starch. Ag-Flake
improves appearance (brightens color), increases feed
quality and shelf life of steam flaked grain. |

TMR
Plus: A
dry blend of organic acids, antioxidants and flavor that
aids in the prevention of rancidity of fats, vitamin destruction,
and loss of feed freshness. TMR Plus helps preserve feed
nutrition and palatability. It also extends bunk life,
helps reduce oxidation and prevents heating and off flavors
from secondary fermentation.

AG-FLO:
A combination of yeast cell wall (saccharomyces cerevisiae)
and mined clays formulated to serve as a toxin binder
and/or flow agent for most animal feeds. One of the most
promising prebiotics today is mannose oligosaccoharide.
It is found in the cell wall of the yeast saccharomyces
cerevisiae. This along with natural clays that will not
bind vitamins, minerals, antibiotics, nutrients allows
AG-Flo to be used at lower usage rates than other flow
agents such as bentonite and clays. |

LUBE
AID:
Provides lubrication to the die in animal feed diets that
create high friction. Lube Aid is an all-natural product
that is safe for use in all species diets. Some of these
diets include the following: high rock/high urea, high
milk diets, corn gluten/distiller diets, any diet that
creates high friction rise between mash and pellet temperatures.
Lube Aid reduces friction, reduces electrical consumption,
increase die and roller life and increases production
rate. |
